M.C.M. V.0.6.3. Update announcement


A week ago when i already was working on V.0.7. for around 2.5 months now,  after testing the current released version of Mining Clicker Mania, i've decided to make a new small update that is going to focus on visuals and rebalancing. In gameplay the game will most certainly remain the same for V.0.6.3. but if there will be some time left on my hands after bug fixing phase, i will try to atleast add some new items for you to interact with.  The update should release in late November to early December, and i do not plan on delaying the release date due to me being already kinda near unpolished completion. 

Now, what will the update contain? 

VISUAL CHANGES : Like i said, it will be a visuals update, making the game much more satisfying to play and easier to understand. It will bring back the tutorial i had to disable for V.0.6.2. due to it being very buggy and outdated which will be completely reworked with interactive phases, health bar particles, a decal that shows you what ore you've just recieved and how much of it, health counter that will show you how much health does the ore currently have, edited ore particles to be smoother and more frequent, A text that tells you what ore is currently in front of you with a color scheme that matches the ore colors, reworked critical hit visuals, smoother pickaxe and shovel animations and smoother ore respawning animation.

REBALANCING CHANGES : Reworked ore RNG system - ores are now going to have  different chance to being spawned based on their rarity. It used to be that you had 1 in amount of ores unlocked chance for an ore you want to being spawned, but now, ores are being sorted into groups which gives them a higher or smaller chance to being spawned in. Reworked ore health system - Certain ores will now have more or less health than before with a toughness modifier which lowers your pickaxe damage per click based on their toughness. All of them used to have 100 health before, but now the higher level the ore is, the more health it will have. Crafting rebalancing - Reduced coal requirements for certain smelting recipes, to craft magical dust you need bismuth now too, Amount of ingots required to craft your next shovel was reduced from 10 to 5.

ENGINE CHANGES : Hotkeys - You will be able to set hotkeys to open up UIs, to activate powerups and change the key to click the ore. Automatic saving system - It will save your progress every amount of minutes you set in the settings. (higher frequency may cause performance issues (manual saving reccomended)), Much more optimalised gameplay, Bug fixes and new sound effects for certain tasks like equiping powerups.

SMALL CHANGES : New ore - Osmium and Replaced Emerald pickaxe with Osmium pickaxe

That's all planned for the V.0.6.3. release currently, i still might add new content or changes to the game if i will have some time on my hands.
